2010 Fall Sports Banquet Dinner and Awards Ceremony

The Ashley High School Athletic Department would like to cordially invite you, the parents, guardians, and friends of our student-athletes, to join us as we honor the 2010 Fall Sport student-athletes. Enjoy a great evening that includes awards, presentations, music, slideshows and a great meal catered by Middle of The Island.

 The banquet will be held on Monday, November 22at 6:00 pm in the Ashley Cafeteria and Minnie Evans Auditorium. Athletes & Guests will need to check-in and pick up tickets at the main entrance to the cafeteria for the dinner catered by Middle of The Island at 6:00pm. Everyone will need a ticket to be admitted into the dining area. The Athletic Booster Club will pay for the athletes; however; the cost of admission for guests is $8.00 per person. Tickets should be purchased in advance. *Guests do not need to pay to attend the Awards Presentation Only!


We hope that all student-athletes that particpated in a sport this Fall will be our guests and join the Administration, Athletic Booster Executive Board, and Coaching Staff of Ashley at the 2010 Fall Sports Banquet Dinner on November 22nd at 6:30 pm in the Ashley Cafeteria. The Athletic awards program will follow at 7:30 in the Minnie Evans Auditorium. Everyone must RSVP to attend the dinner including athletes.

Athletes and families please confirm your attendance by Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Athletes must be in good standing to attend. Please turn in all equipment and take care of any fines or obligations prior to 11/17/2010.
